At Vital Roots, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please review the return and refund policies below for both physical and digital products.

Physical Product Returns

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all physical products purchased through our website. To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed condition.
  • You must provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@vitalroots.com with your order number and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Opened Product Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to try a product before you know it is right for you. If you have opened a product and are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We handle these requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund, store credit, or exchange depending on the circumstances. Our goal is always to find a fair resolution.

Digital Product Refunds

Due to the immediately accessible nature of digital products, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. This includes ebooks, wellness guides, meal plans, digital journals, and all other downloadable content. We encourage you to read product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or accessing your digital purchase, please contact us immediately at hello@vitalroots.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for physical products are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. You will not need to return the damaged product.
